The intent of this bid is to purchase equipment and licenses for the implementation of the Irving Community Television Network (ICTN) Remote Truck and Studio upgrades.

The responses will be posted after consultation with the appropriate department personnel. If the responses necessitate a significant change to the specifications, an addendum will be issued.
