Project Description: The City is seeking contractors and subcontractors to submit individual trade bids for the reconstruction of the Broad Street Market (Brick Building).

- Bonding
- Separations Act (Electrical, Plumbing, GC awarded separately)

Invitation for Bid: The City of Harrisburg is soliciting bids for site work for the reconstruction of the Broad Street Market. The bid documents will be available on PennBid.net on August 9, 2025. Submissions will be accepted electronically on Pennbid.net until 11:00 p.m. prevailing time, September 21, 2025, and opened electronically with the Office of the Controller on the following business day where both parties are available. All solicitation details will be available at no cost on www.PennBid.net. All questions about the meaning or intent of the solicitation must be submitted in writing on PennBid.net.
