The work of this Contract is located within Irmo, South Carolina. The road is located North of the City of Columbia and East of Lake Murray. The work is generally described as South of Ballentine Family YMCA and North of the I-26off ramp along Broad River Road. The Work includes, but is not necessarily limited to, clearing the permanent easement of trees, brush, fences, buildings, and obstructions occupying space needed for construction
