Description
The City of Norcross is seeking sealed competitive bids from qualified contractors for the installation of approximately 42 gravel surface pervious parking spaces fronting Britt Avenue below the Community Center, located at 10 College St. Norcross, GA 30071. The vacant property has no street address, but is identified as Gwinnett County Tax Parcel 6243 001.
Anticipated award date will be March 2025. All work must be completed in 120 days from when Notice to Proceed is issued and in accordance with industry specifications and standards.

on its face and submitted by 11:00 a.m. on November 8, 2024, to the address below. Please submit two printed
