Bristol Borough Senior Center Roof Replacement

Project Description: This project involves a base bid for the replacement of the senior center roof including insulation and TPO across all flat roof surfaces and the parapet walls. The membrane will be mechanically secured in open areas and fully adhered on vertical surfaces, with new flashing components, pipe seals, and proper terminations at rooftop equipment and wall transitions. Additional work includes shingle installation on exterior parapet wall surfaces, replacement of one disconnected downspout, and completion of all necessary sealing and flashing details. All material, labor, and equipment necessary shall be in accordance with PennDOT Publication 408 and Borough Standards.
