Bristlecone Driveway Replacement Project

Overview
The Summit County Housing Department (“County”) is soliciting bids from qualified contractors to provide services for the replacement of an existing driveway access behind five (5) properties located within incorporated Silverthorne, Colorado, collectively called the Bristlecone Driveway. The scope of this project includes removal of existing asphalt materials, import of road base materials and placement in areas of insufficient subbase, and installation of a new asphalt driveway surface. In addition, a portion of concrete drainage swale will need to be demolished and replaced, and several new concrete pads will need to be poured. The Invitation is for one general contractor to bid and manage the entire project.
