Sealed Bids for Bright Avenue Reconstruction and Utilities Replacement will be received by the Northampton Department of Public Works at their office at

until 2:00 P.M. on November 4, 2026 at which time they will be publicly opened and read. Bid Documents will be available beginning October 14, 2026 by contacting
