Project Description: Hillsborough County Technical Services Division/ Public Works requires a qualified Contractor to rehabilitate the fender system on a 98-year-old swing bridge. The supplemental scope includes temporary traffic control for the walkway, roadway and waterway; utilities location verification; furnish & install temporary electrical power system; remove & re-install navigation lights; furnish & install clearance gauge; removal of the existing fender wales; wrap pile cluster; removal and installation of access bridge; phased disassembly of existing fender system and construction of new fender system to protect the existing structure including the pivot pier at all times estimated at $1,323,164.80. DM/DWBE Goal: In connection with this solicitation and its resulting Contract, a goal of 0% has been established for participation by DM/DWBEs as Subcontractors.
