BRIDGE SAFETY INSPECTIONS

The City of Charlottesville is requesting bids for RFQ 26-13 for BRIDGE SAFETY INSPECTIONS . This project will ensure compliance with the state/federal requirements for inspection of the City's bridge infrastructure through the end of the 2025 calendar year.

The required inspections need to be performed on a strict schedule per federal guidelines. Every bridge has a month in which it needs to be inspected and the subsequent report should be completed within 45 days of that inspection. A successful bidder will be able to demonstrate their capacity to complete inspections on time and also show that they have access to VDOT's InspectX program in order to be able to update scheduled inspection dates, actual inspection dates and upload inspection reports once complete.
