Bridge No. Leb-20 Repairs Project

Project Description: Sealed proposals will be received electronically via the PennBid Program by the City of Lebanon, Lebanon County for the Bridge No. Leb-20 Repairs Project until 10:00 a.m. prevailing time on Thursday, August 14, 2025, at which time the bids will be opened, with the bid results posted on PennBid shortly thereafter.

Each proposal must be accompanied by a bank cashier's check or bid bond (in the required form) for ten percent (10%) of the bid total.
The project includes, but is not limited to, removal of failing grout from joints between box culvert sections, installation of foam backer rods, grout and silicone joint sealing material, cleaning of floor weep holes, repairing of cracked surfaces, and other associated work as more fully described on the Construction Drawings.
Prevailing wage rates and record-keeping procedures established by Pennsylvania Department of Labor & Industry shall apply to the project.
A non-mandatory walk-through of the channel is scheduled for 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday, July 30, 2025, at the City of Lebanon’s Highway Garage at 640 Oak St, Lebanon, PA 17042, weather permitting.
The City of Lebanon hereby reserves the right, which is understood and agreed to by all bidders, to reject any and all bids and to waive any omissions, errors, mistakes, defects or irregularities in any bid at its sole discretion.
