Project Description: Request for Qualifications – RFQ 2025-062, Bridge Maintenance & Restoration Services. Sealed Qualifications will be accepted at the City of Waco’s Operations Center, 1415 N. 4th Street, Waco, TX until 2:00 P.M., Wednesday, October 8, 2025. The City of Waco has issued this Request for Qualifications to select a consulting engineering firm to perform analysis, design, inspection and oversee construction and construction services to meet Federal, State and Municipal standards and provide other bridge-related tasks as needed by the City of Waco.
