BRIDGE INSPECTION SERVICES

Eagle County is soliciting statements of qualifications and experience for Bridge Inspection Services. This Request for Qualifications (“RFQ”) will be non-exclusive. Eagle County reserves the right to contract with other third parties.

Statements must be sent to Kevin Sharkey, Eagle County ECO Trails Program Manager, via email to kevin.sharkey@eaglecounty.us or via ground shipping methods only, i.e. Fed Ex, UPS, or via hand delivery to the Eagle County ECO Trails Office, 3289 Cooley Mesa Road, Gypsum, CO 81637. Do not send proposals by US Mail. Statements shall be submitted in a sealed envelope or with an email clearly marked:

“STATEMENT OF QUALIFICATIONS FOR BRIDGE INSPECTIONS FOR THE EAGLE COUNTY FAIRGROUNDS AND THE EAGLE VALLEY TRAIL”

Statements must be received by 2:00 p.m. on July 29, 2026.

Any statement received after this time will not be considered and will be returned to the respondent unopened unless good cause is shown as determined by Eagle County in its sole discretion. No telephone, or facsimile Proposals will be accepted. The proposal document may be obtained electronically at www.eaglecounty.us .
