BRIDGE INSPECTION ACCESS EQUIPMENT, MAINTENANCE AND PROTECTION OF TRAFFIC, AND SERVICES FOR THE IN-DEPTH INSPECTION FOR ONE PENNDOT DISTRICT 11-0 STATE -OWNED BRIDGE E03261, JUNE 2026.

Project Description: You are invited to bid on a Contract to provide bridge inspection access equipment and maintenance and protection of traffic services for the in-depth inspection of one (1) State-Owned Bridge in Allegheny County, Pennsylvania. Bids shall be on a unit price basis; segregated bids will not be accepted.
The Work is anticipated to begin on June 1, 2026, through June 4, 2026, and June 7, 2026, through June 8, 2026, for approximately 6 working days. Weekend work will be avoided when possible but may be required. SAI Consulting Engineers, Inc. will receive Bids electronically via the PennBid Program (https://pennbid.bonfirehub.com) until 11:00 a.m. prevailing time on April 16, 2026. Bids received after this time will not be accepted.
The Bid documents are available at no cost via the PennBid Program. The completed, signed bid forms and required attachments must be uploaded to the PennBid site in pdf file format. The total bid prices for each contract must also be entered into PennBid.
