Project Description: UNDER-BRIDGE INSPECTION CRANE, BUCKET TRUCK, LADDERS, MPT, PORTABLE LATRINE FOR
In-depth inspection of US Route 422 Eastbound and Westbound Bridges (Bridge to Nowhere) over Old US Route 119, Wayne Avenue (US Route 119), Stoney Run, Hoodleburg Trail, and Buffalo and Pittsburgh Railroad in Indiana County, Pa.

You are invited to provide a bid on a Contract to provide an under-bridge inspection crane, bucket truck, ladders, MPT, and portable latrine.
The Work is anticipated to begin September 15, 2025, and through September 26, 2025. Weekend work will be avoided, when possible, but may be required depending on weather or unforeseen circumstances.
SAI Consulting Engineers, Inc. will receive Bids electronically via the PennBid Program (https://pennbid.bonfirehub.com) until 11:00 a.m. prevailing time on August 19, 2025. Bids received after this time will not be accepted. The Bid documents are available at no cost via the PennBid Program. The completed, signed bid forms and required attachments must be uploaded to the PennBid site in pdf file format. The total bid prices for each contract must also be entered into PennBid.
