Bridge Inspection Access Equipment and MPT for (9) NBIS Bridge Inspections - Locally Owned Butler County District 10 June 2025 thru October 2025 23033-001 (E05791 2025)

Project Description: You are invited to bid on a Contract to provide:
BRIDGE INSPECTION ACCESS EQUIPMENT AND MAINTENANCE AND PROTECTION OF TRAFFIC SERVICES for NBIS INSPECTION OF LOCALLY-OWNED BRIDGES IN BUTLER COUNTY, PennDOT AGREEMENT NUMBER: E05791.
Bids shall be on a unit price basis; segregated bids will not be accepted.
The Work is anticipated to begin in June 2025, and to be performed through October 2025.
SAI Consulting Engineers, Inc. will receive Bids electronically via PennBid time until the closing time indicated on PennBid. Bids received after this time will not be accepted. Bids will be opened after the specified closing time.
The completed, signed rigging agreement must be uploaded to the PennBid site in .PDF file format.
The Total Bid Price for All Structures must also be entered into PennBid.
The awarded bidder will be assessed a one-time, capped fee of 1/3% (+tax) for fixed fee contracts, invoiced by PennBid post award. There is a minimum award fee of $100 and a maximum of $5000.
