Bridge & Guardrail Projects

Project Description: The City of Peoria Arizona is seeking experienced contractors to provide construction services for Bridge & Guardrail projects, and related services, on an as-needed basis at various project locations throughout the City of Peoria utilizing Job Order Contracting (JOC) project delivery method. It is the intent of the City of Peoria to select four (4) contractors for JOC award. Ideally, it is desired to select two (2) contractors for bridge specialty and two (2) for guardrail specialty. The basis for this decision is at the sole discretion of the City. The initial term of the JOC will be for a minimum of two (2) years and may be renewed up to three (3) additional one-year terms. Renewal of the contract will be based on the successful performance of the JOC Contractor and the needs of the City. The individual job order maximum amount is $3,000,000. Pricing shall be negotiated fee.
