Great Rivers Greenway (Developer) is soliciting electronic bids via Bid Express for Federal Project Number TAP-5401(721) GRG Bid Number 2026-004-308S Brickline Greenway: North Connector Phase 3 Spring Ave – Washington to Lindell (308S) in St. Louis City, Missouri.
