installation of 7’ tall brick fence down the back and side property lines (500 LF), demolition of the existing wooden fence along that property line. The brick fence would be a double brick wall 8” thick X 7’ tall with seven 12” X 12” X 7’ tall brick columns (45’ o.c. spacing) down the line. Low Country Blend with Buff mortar a 24” wide concrete footing with three no. 4 rebar continuous.
