Briarwood Lift Station Equipment

The City of Siloam Springs will be accepting sealed bids for Briarwood Lift Station Equipment until 2:00 pm CST on November 15, 2024.  All interested parties may obtain complete bid specifications from Janet Hall, P O Box 80, Siloam Springs, AR 72761 upon the payment of $20.00.  Electronic files may be obtained at no cost by emailing a request to For security reasons, you must enable JavaScript to view this E-mail address. . Sealed bids may be delivered in person or by private carrier to 1000 E Ashley or P O Box 80, Siloam Springs, AR 72761 in an envelope marked as follows: One (1) “Sealed Bid Enclosed -- (Briarwood Lift Station 480 volt 3-phase)” and another alternate One (1) “Sealed Bid Enclosed -- (Briarwood Lift Station 200 volt single phase Equipment)”.  The sealed bids must be received prior to the above date and time.  The scope of work includes contractor installing a submersible pumping system that is installed on the existing guide rails and pump elbows in the lift station, Briarwood subdivision in Siloam Springs.

In order to perform public work, the successful Bidder shall, as applicable, hold such Contractor's and Business Licenses as required by State statutes and the Rules and Regulations of the Arkansas Contractor's Licensing Board.

The City shall open and compare the bids and thereafter award the contract to the lowest responsible bidder, but only if it is in the opinion of the City that the best interests of the City would be served thereby.  The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive irregularities, and to postpone the award of the Contract for a period of time which shall not exceed 90 days from the bid opening date.
