Separate sealed bids will be received, by North Manheim Township, Schuylkill County, Pennsylvania online via PennBid for the Briar Road Arch Repairs project until 11:00 A.M. prevailing time, on May 1, 2026. Bids will be opened with results displayed publicly on PennBid. Bids will be reviewed and recommended for award to the lowest qualified Bidder at the Public Meeting of the North Manheim Township Supervisors at their regularly scheduled meeting to be held at 7:00 P.M. prevailing time on May 5, 2026.

The project generally consists of installing shotcrete to the existing brick/stone arch culvert on Briar Road.
Bidders are directed to ensure that bid submissions are complete as required by the specifications; incomplete submissions may be deemed non-responsive. All bidders must furnish bid security, Performance Bonds, Payment Bonds and evidence of insurance coverage as required by the Contract Documents. The wages paid on this project will be subject to the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act as amended and supplemented.
North Manheim Township reserves the right to waive any informalities in, or to reject any or all Bids, and to delete any item or portion of an item without affecting the bids on the remaining items or portion of items.
