The Work generally consists of the renovation of approximately 161,107 square feet of an existing high school facility, along with an addition of approximately 5,895 square feet of new administration and cafeteria space. The Work includes upgrades to mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire suppression, and low-voltage systems. Building envelope and structural improvements include complete re-roofing, joist reinforcement, and installation of a solar photovoltaic (PV) array at new addition. Site-related Work includes site utility improvements, parking reconfiguration, construction of a fire lane access road, rework of tennis courts, site lighting, and pavement improvements. Interior Work includes moderate reconfiguration of select spaces and complete interior finishes upgrades throughout the facility, including existing press box at football field. Unless specifically noted otherwise, all site equipment and furnishings indicated in the Contract Documents shall be furnished and installed by the Contractor.
