The City of Lakewood has received a Short Plat application from Steve Voorhies of Larson and Associates to subdivide a  1.17-acre lot located at 11020 Military Road Southwest (APN: 0219054038), into 3 residential lots. The proposed lot sizes are as follows: Lot 1: 9,108 SQ FT, Lot 2: 8,243 and Lot 3: 33,474 SQ FT. The subject site is located in the Residential 3 (R3) zoning district. The comment period below may be the only opportunity to comment on this proposal. The complete application may be reviewed by contacting the Lead Planner assigned to the project or by visiting the City of Lakewood Permit Dashboard and searching for application #16887. Any comments about the proposal must be received by the Planning and Public Works Department (Attn: J Hopkins, Associate Planner) by 5 p.m. on June 6, 2025.
