(ii) The solicitation number 36C24525Q0722 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) in conjunction with FAR -- Part 13 Procedures and constitutes the only solicitation. The Government intends to award a single Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) award contract.
(iii) The provisions and clauses in this document are in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular 2024-04, April 1, 2024.
