The County of Los Angeles Department of Public Works is issuing this Request For Proposals from qualified Design-Build firms. Design-Build firms will submit Part A proposals for BRC0000596 Request For Proposals Design-Build Services Olive View-UCLA Medical Center Continuum of Care Facility located at 14445 Olive View Drive, Sylmar, CA 91342. A pre-proposal virtual conference to answer questions concerning the project will be held on Wednesday, June 18, 2025 at 2:00 p.m., via Microsoft Teams. BRC0000596 Request For Proposals (RFP) is for a primary firm (Design-Builder) that selects its own team of subconsultants. Subconsultants must contact primary firms directly to become parts of their teams. Subconsultants are not required to attend.
