The scope consists of the removal of all existing structures and the preparation of the site, including offsite improvements, utility services, grading, storm drainage, landscape, and parking requirements to receive a future Los Angeles County Museum of Art project.
Scope will also include the relocation of the existing walking trail, power lines and related lighting fixtures, benches, and exercise equipment; and the planting of 99 new trees, 44 of which are in the Magic Johnson Park site.
