This requirement supports the acquisition of lifecycle replacement equipment for the U.S. Army Marketing and Engagement Brigade’s Special Purpose Facility (Branding Support) Division. The facility operates as a Government-Owned, Contractor-Operated (GOCO) graphics and fabrication enterprise responsible for the production of specialized branded materials—such as banners, posters, and awards—utilized in support of strategic marketing and recruiting efforts.
