BRAND NAME PROCUREMENT- The proposed contract action is for the supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with NRD LLC, (Cage Code: 5K923, 2937

Alternate Blvd, Grand Island, NY 14072) and authorized distributors, This procurement is for the supplies listed above and is anticipated to be a FFP, Commercial Supply, Brand Name, IAW Specifications, IAW FAR 13 procedures.

This solicitation is being issued pursuant to the procedures at FAR Part 13. Synopsis exception FAR 5.202(a)(13) applies and Solicitation Number N00164-25-Q-0804 is hereby issued as an attachment hereto.
