This is a Pre-Solicitation notice for the Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 23, for the procurement of BRAND NAME OR EQUAL MOTOR GRADER for the Black Hills VA, 113 Comanche Road, Fort Meade, SD 57741.
