Brand Name Items for FTW480

SOURCES SOUGHT: THIS NOTICE IS MARKET RESEARCH TO SUPPORT INCLUSION OF SOLE SOURCE (BRAND NAME) SPECIFICATIONS IN AN FY25 CONSTRUCTION PROJECT – FTW480, Fire Protection Repairs, Fort Wainwright , ALASKA - AND IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL. The U.S. Army Engineer District, Alaska intends to specify the below listed items as part of a larger construction contract to be executed on Fort Wainwright, Alaska. A determination by the Government to not compete this requirement, for the specific items listed below, based on the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Reference FAR 6.302-1(c), “Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements - Application for brand name descriptions.”

Items:

1. Monaco MAAP-X and associated devise - for integration and to provide full functionality with the Monaco D-12 supervising station. NAICS 334290 Other Communications Equipment Manufacturing.


2. Knox Box (Key Vault) – for maintaining consistency with the existing system. NAICS 332999 All Other Miscellaneous Fabricated Metal Product Manufacturing.


3. Federal Signal Mass Notification Panel – for the mass notification system. NAICS 334290 Other Communications Equipment Manufacturing

THIS NOTICE IS A SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE AND NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL. No solicitation will be available as these sole source items will be incorporated into the specifications of an FY25 solicitation for a Military Construction (MILCON) project on Fort Wainwright, Alaska.

Vendors who offer the above items which can meet all of the above functional criteria are invited to respond to this notice. Responses must include the following information:

1. Identification of the manufacturer’s name, address, and country of product manufacture.


2. Fully detailed specification sheets.


3. Narrative addressing how your product meets the salient features listed above.
