Description

This is a solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; “quotations” are being requested .

This solicitation is a "request for quotations (RFQ)." The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 88B.

The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 334516, with a small business size standard of 1,000 employees.

The objective of this requirement is to procure a Brand name or equivalent of Ambr 250 high throughput bioreactor by Sartorius Stedim NA as new technology to improve the Walter Reed Army Institute of Research (WRAIR) Pilot Bioproduction Facility’s (PBF) on-site monoclonal antibodies production capabilities. The bioreactor shall include the high throughput workstation with 12 bioreactor stations, system computer, software, system installation, External Sampling Monitor (ESM), chiller, auto cleaning-in place (CIP) module, head space gassing, qualification, and a 12-month warranty and first year service and support package, including access to a dedicated support team with comprehensive reaction time commitment and preventive maintenance, and training for two operators.

This will be a 100% Small Business Set-aside.
