Rural Water District No. 4, Neosho Co., Kansas (Owner) is requesting Bids for the construction of the following Project:

Branch Waterline Improvements Project B

MEG PN: 2022-NeoshoRWD#4-02-003

Bids for the construction of the Project will be received at the Neosho RWD #4 Main Office located at 243 Center Street Galesburg, Kansas 66740, until the above time. At that time the Bids received will be “publicly” opened and read.

The Project includes the following Work:

Installation of approximately 32 miles of 2” to 6” PVC including but not limited to piping, tracer wire with test stations, valves, fire hydrants, cleanout, county road cased/uncased crossings, named/unnamed tributary uncased/cased crossings, utility cased crossings, unclassified uncased crossings, casing pipe, carrier pipe, service meter connections, connections to existing mains and all associated appurtenances.

The Project has an expected duration of 255 days to Final Completion.

Pre-bid Conference

A non-mandatory pre-bid conference for the Project will be held at the above time at Neosho RWD #4 Main Office 243 Center Street Galesburg, KS 66740. Attendance at the pre-bid conference is encouraged but not required.

Prospective Bidders must register with the Issuing Office as a plan holder. The project information in the eDistribution plan room will be updated periodically with addendas, lists of registered plan holders, reports, and other information relevant to submitting a Bid for the project. All official notifications, addendas, and other Bidding Documents will be offered only through the eDistribution plan room. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for Bidding Documents, including addenda, if any, obtained from sources other than the designated Issuing Office.
