Proposals will be accepted until 4:00 Pacific Time, April 4, 2025, by the Spokane Transit Authority (STA), 1230 W. Boone Ave. Spokane, Washington 99201, to provide Brake Block Services, in accordance with the specifications and conditions stated in the Request for Proposal (RFP) package.
