Braintree Police Department Administrative Review RFP

The Town of Braintree, pursuant to M.G.L. 30B, is seeking proposals for consulting services for an administrative review of policy and procedure compliance and governance of the Braintree Police Department. This engagement is anticipated to cost no more than $100,000 and be complete by June 15, 2026.

Proposals are due on November 24, 2025, until 12:00 PM (noon) via Commbuys or to Lorraine See, Braintree Town Hall, 1 John F. Kennedy Memorial Drive, Braintree, MA 02184.

Price and technical proposals must be submitted separately, sealed, and clearly marked. It is the sole responsibility of a vendor to ensure its proposal is received, regardless of the manner of delivery, by the deadline. It is strongly recommended that proposals are sent in advance of the due date and time.  Late proposals will not be accepted.

The Town reserves the right to cancel all or part of this solicitation and to reject in whole or part any and all proposals.
