Braintree Health Insurance Brokerage and Advisory Services RFP

The Town of Braintree, pursuant to M.G.L. 30B, is seeking proposals from qualified firms to provide professional health insurance brokerage and advisory services for the Town’s employee and retiree health insurance programs.

Proposals are due on June 5, 2026 until 12:00 PM (noon) via Commbuys or to Lorraine See, Braintree Town Hall, 1 John F. Kennedy Memorial Drive, Braintree, MA 02184.

Price and technical proposals must be submitted separately, sealed, and clearly marked. It is the sole responsibility of a vendor to ensure its proposal is received, regardless of the manner of delivery, by the deadline. It is strongly recommended that proposals are sent in advance of the due date and time.  Late proposals will not be accepted.

The Town reserves the right to cancel all or part of this solicitation and to reject in whole or part any and all proposals.
