Braintree Administration of Workers’ Compensation RFP

The Town of Braintree, pursuant to M.G.L. 30B, is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to administer all aspects of its Workers’ Compensation obligations under M.G.L. Chapter for all its past, current and new cases.

Proposals are due on June 5, 2026 until 12:00 PM (noon) via Commbuys or to Lorraine See, Braintree Town Hall, 1 John F. Kennedy Memorial Drive, Braintree, MA 02184.

Price and technical proposals must be submitted separately, sealed, and clearly marked. It is the sole responsibility of a vendor to ensure its proposal is received, regardless of the manner of delivery, by the deadline. It is strongly recommended that proposals are sent in advance of the due date and time.  Late proposals will not be accepted.

The Town reserves the right to cancel all or part of this solicitation and to reject in whole or part any and all proposals.
