Project Description	Subject to conditions prescribed by the University of California, Los Angeles, sealed bids for a lump sum contract are invited for the following work: The Dashew Center for International Students & Scholars provides specialized services to international students attending UCLA and supports international and intercultural programs. It is in the Northwest quadrant of campus inside Bradley Hall. This project will renovate the existing open office areas of BH112 & BH113. The Contractor shall provide the following work: construction of full height walls for 6 private offices; modifications to HVAC system including the relocation of an existing VAV box and provide new VAV and duct work and diffusers, replacement of existing ceiling light fixtures with new, new lighting controls, new power and data infrastructure; relocation of existing sprinkler heads, fire alarm strobe/horns, new acoustic ceiling to patch along new partitions as needed, and paint at new and existing walls.
