BPS Facilities Planning and Educational Visioning RFP

The Town of Braintree, pursuant to M.G.L. 30B, is seeking proposals for a Consultant to evaluate the current condition and future needs of Braintree Public School buildings and educational programs in order to develop a long-term facilities master plan aligned with the district’s strategic vision for teaching and learning. Proposals are due on June 16, 2025 until 12:00 PM (noon) via Commbuys or to Lorraine See, Braintree Town Hall, 1 John F. Kennedy Memorial Drive, Braintree, MA 02184. Price and technical proposals must be submitted separately, sealed, and clearly marked. It is the sole responsibility of a vendor to ensure its proposal is received, regardless of the manner of delivery, by the deadline. It is strongly recommended that proposals are sent in advance of the due date and time.  Late proposals will not be accepted.

The Town reserves the right to cancel all or part of this solicitation and to reject in whole or part any and all proposals.
