Please note this solicitation is not ready to be issued as of this date. The Consulate of the United States in Milan, Italy will launch the solicitation on the SAM.gov website when it is available.
The solicitation covers the rental of residential furniture for the American Consulate in Milan, Italy. The Contractor shall furnish managerial, administrative, and direct labor personnel to perform all services as required in the Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA). This service is to be provided at approximately no. 35 apartments.
The anticipated performance period is for a base year. The Government may award single or multiple BPAs based on the initial offer without discussion. The resultant BPAs will be firm fixed price type agreements.
All contractors must be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) Database https://www.sam.gov prior to submitting an offer pursuant to FAR provision 52.204-7. Therefore, prospective offerors are encouraged to register prior to the submittal of quotation.
