Description
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products and commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) subpart 12.6, Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Products and Commercial Services, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested, and a written solicitation document will not be issued.
This solicitation is issued as an RFQ. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2024-07.
This solicitation is Full and Open Competition. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 325413, with a small business size standard of 1,250. The FSC/PSC is 6550.
The Department of Veterans Affairs, VA Medical Center located at 50 Irving St NW, Washington, DC 20422 is seeking to procure a base plus four option year contract for the purchase of test kits, reagents and supplies to use on a VA owned Thermo Fisher Phadia Instrument.
