2020 Bond Project – Bid Package T10 E-Rate Structured Cabling

Bloomfield Hills School District’s Board of Education will receive firm prime contractor bids to provide structured cabling work to facilitate the Bid Package T10 E-Rate Structured Cabling project.

Documents may be viewed through BuildingConnected on or after November 21, 2025. If you need assistance viewing or obtaining them through BuildingConnected, please contact support at https://support.buildingconnected.com.

Bids shall be delivered electronically through BuildingConnected no later than January 2, 2026 at 10:00AM. Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud via the following link: https://bit.ly/BHS_BPT10_BidOpening. If you have problems with the link email brian.jessie@bartonmalow.com The Board of Education will not open, consider, nor accept a bid received after the date and time specified for bid submission.

All Bidders must provide a Familial Disclosure Affidavit, Iran Economic Sanctions Act Affidavit of Compliance and Bid Bond. Upload this information to the Bid Proposal on Building Connected. The district will not accept a bid proposal that does not include this information.

The Board of Education reserves the right to accept or reject any or all Bid Proposals, either in whole or in part; to award the Contract to other than the low Bidder; to waive any irregularities and/or informalities; and in general, to make awards in any manner deemed to be in the best interests of the Owner.
