NOTICE TO BIDDERS
The West Chester Area School District, Chester County, Pennsylvania, solicits sealed proposals for the following contract:
RFP No. 26-003 Ford F-650 Box Truck Procurement
Sealed proposals for furnishing and delivering one (1) Ford F-650 18-foot box truck or approved equivalent for the West Chester Area School District, Chester County, Pennsylvania, will be received by the West Chester Area School District until 3:00 PM prevailing time on Thursday, July 9, 2026, at the Facilities & Operations Center, 1181 McDermott Drive, West Chester, PA 19380.
The proposed vehicle shall consist of a new, current model year Ford F-650 chassis or approved equivalent configured below the 26,000 lb. CDL threshold and equipped with an 18-foot dry freight box body and related accessories as specified herein.
Proposals shall include complete vehicle specifications, pricing, warranty information, and estimated delivery timelines.
All proposals must be accompanied by a completed Non-Collusion Affidavit.
The successful proposer shall agree to guarantee pricing for a period of ninety (90) days from the proposal due date.
All questions regarding this RFP shall be directed in writing to Maria Tivoli, mtivoli@wcasd.net no later than June 24, 2026, at 12:00 PM.
The School Board reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals and to waive informalities in the best interest of the West Chester Area School District.
