Project Description: The Issuing Office for the Bidding Documents is: Box Elder School District.
Questions: Questions and requests for additional information shall be in writing through the U3P portal Q&A Board. Questions, requests, and subsequent responses will be posted via the U3P portal. Questions and requests for information will be accepted until the Questions cutoff date and time of 2:00 PM, February 13, 2025.
Submission: Submit proposal documents for Bear River High School and Box Elder High School with a defined separation within the same document. Proposals/Qualifications (10 hard copies) are to be submitted to Box Elder School District by 11:00 AM, February 20, 2025, located at: Box Elder School District ATTN: Facilities Management - 960 South Main - Brigham City, UT 84302.
Mandatory Pre-bid Conference: Mandatory site visits for any firm choosing to submit a proposal (Must have a firm representative in attendance): ● Box Elder School District Office (ILSC building north-west of parking lot, upstairs) ○ Address: 960 South Main, Brigham City (General Meeting) ○ Date: Friday, February 7, 2025 ○ Time 10:30 am sign in, start 10:45 am, general overview meeting ○ Site visit tour of Box Elder High School, 380 S 600 W Brigham City ○ One hour break for travel and lunch on your own ○ Site visit tour of Bear River High School, 1450 S Main Garland
