MPE, Structural, and Architectural work related to the replacement of the existing Air Handling Units and the ductwork immediately connected to those units throughout the school. The replacement of select Roof Top Units and the ductwork immediately connected to those units. The replacement of the existing cooling tower, pipes, valves and accessories at the cooling tower and the cooling tower structural base. The replacement of select electrical sub-panels. The replacement of the existing automatic wet alarm valve assemblies at the fire riser header. The addition of security glazing at the main entry exterior doors, all secondary doors and all associated store front glass around these doors.
