This is a sources sought notice. This notice does NOT constitute a request for proposal, request for quote, or invitation for bid. The Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command (NAVFAC) Europe, Africa, Central (EURAFCENT) Facilities Engineering Acquisition Branch (FEAD) Rota, Spain is planning a renovation of the existing bowling alley aboard Naval Station Rota. As part of that renovation, the twelve (12) lane bowling equipment will be replaced with the following new equipment: lanes, gutters, glow lanes and approaches, hyper bowling software and equipment, bumper systems with LED lights, string pin setters, ball return machines and tracks, scoring machines and interfaces, deck lighting, glow pins, and additional software with new bowling games and associated electronic equipment.
The FEAD Rota is seeking sources for an integrator of a bowling system where the equipment described above are all compatible and capable of being controlled by the scoring component at each lane, as well as the main controller operated by management at the bowling center front desk, as well as provide performance and usage data to the management of the bowling alley. The system must also have the capability to have an integrated point of sale that is capable of interfacing with the Navy’s accounting system (SAP) at the point of sale located at the automatic scoring systems for each lane.
