The City of Bowie, Maryland requests bids from qualified and experienced vendors for the Bowie Golf Club Covered Driving Range Building and Course Improvements Project at the Bowie Golf Course, located at 7704 Laurel Bowie Road, Bowie, Maryland.  Complete specifications and bid documents may be obtained at no cost through Bid Locker at https://bidlocker.us/details/4242_Bowie_Golf_Club_Covered_Driving_Range_Building_And_Course_Improvements_Project . Registration to use Bid Locker is at https://bidlocker.us/Account/Signup and is free to all interested parties.

Electronic (pdf) bids will be received through Bid Locker at https://bidlocker.us/details/4242_Bowie_Golf_Club_Covered_Driving_Range_Building_And_Course_Improvements_Project until 11:00 a.m. November 27, 2024. The City of Bowie reserves the right to reject any bids.

There will be a mandatory pre-bid meeting to be held at 9:00 a.m. on October 30, 2024 at the Bowie Golf Club.

All questions and requests for clarifications regarding this Invitation for Bids shall be submitted through the Bid Locker platform at https://bidlocker.us/details/4242_Bowie_Golf_Club_Covered_Driving_Range_Building_And_Course_Improvements_Project , prior to 11:00 a.m., November 6, 2024.  Written responses to all questions and/or requests for clarifications will be issued no later than November 12, 2024, to all those who have registered with Bid Locker and downloaded the specifications and bid documents.

The City encourages certified disadvantaged business entities to submit a bid.
