Bow Recreation Center Addition

The Town of Bow is requesting bids for the construction of an addition at the Bow Recreation Center, 21 Bow Center Rd Bow NH 03304.

A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held on November 18, 2025, at 9am on site at 21 Bow Center Rd. All Bidders shall attend the pre-bid meeting. Failure to attend the pre-bid meeting will disqualify the Bidder.

Sealed proposals clearly labeled “Bow Recreation Center Addition” must be submitted no later than 10:00 a.m. on December 23, 2025, at which time they will be publicly opened and read aloud at 10 Grandview Rd Bow NH 03304. No faxed or unsealed bids will be considered.

The Town of Bow reserves the right to reject any bid, or any part of bids, or all bids and to waive any formality or technicality in any bid in the interest of the Town of Bow.

**Project timeline; Project will require approval at March 2026 Town Meeting, if approved, construction to commence in June of 2026 or mutually agreed upon date.
