Muhammad Ali Boulevard, Louisville, KY 40212, known as “The Bourgard College of Music & Arts.” The selected organization will have a strong background in music and arts, and a shared passion for education, creativity, and community development, and will provide music and arts services to the Russell and surrounding neighborhoods.
