Description

The Naval Surface Warfare Center Philadelphia Divison intends to procure a Boundary Defense Capability (BDC) Rack on a sole source to Prism Maritime.



The proposed contract action is for supplies for which the Government intends to solicit and award to only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302
