Notes	Boulder City (“the City”) is requesting Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) from interested and qualified firms for architectural and engineering design services for the Swimming Pool Project, B.C. Project No. 25-1235-MC. Design shall be based on the below scope of work and attached conceptual drawings included in this Request For Statements of Qualification (RFQ). The intended delivery method for construction is Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR). The firm selected will assist the City in the selection of a CMAR at the 30% design level. The City’s budget for design and construction of the project is $34,000,000. The firm selected shall be required to design the facility to meet this budget.
