Bottled Water

This is a SOURCES SOUGHT Market Survey. THERE IS NO SOLICITATION AVAILABLE AT THIS TIME. REQUESTS FOR A SOLICITATION WILL NOT RECEIVE A RESPONSE. Any information submitted by respondents to this synopsis is strictly voluntary. This market survey does not constitute a Request for Proposals (RFP) or a request for sealed bids (IFB), nor does it issuance restrict the Government as to its ultimate acquisition approach. The Government will neither award a contract solely on the basis of this notice, nor pay respondents for any information that they submit in response to this Sources Sought request. The United States Army Contracting Command, Tenant Division, Facilities Branch is conducting this source sought market survey to determine potential sources capable of providing Bottled Water for Aberdeen Proving Ground (APG) in support of Directorate of Public Works (DPW). The purpose of this Market Research is to identify sources that can provide all chemicals, tools, materials, equipment, transportation, technical expertise and incidental services necessary to provide bottled water in accordance with the attached specifications. Company must be registered with System for Award Management (SAM). Contractors are encouraged to obtain further information on SAM registration at the following website: https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM.

BASED ON THE RESPONSES TO THIS SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE/MARKET RESEARCH, THIS REQUIREMENT MAY BE 100% SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE FOR WOMEN-OWNED SMALL BUSINESS (WOSB).
